Konstantina has over 30 years of commitment to education spanning various age groups, levels and backgrounds (English language teaching, communication skills, soft skills, personal development), having provided learning experiences to over 30 different nationalities, and having held responsible positions for major international educational organisations in 3 different countries as well as short-term lecturing posts at leading UK Universities.
She has been educating adults since 1995 (particularly within corporate environments since 2003) in various sectors (public sector, retail, health, legal, hospitality, automotive, engineering) and has been an early adopter of Educational Technologies, NLP approaches as well as motivational strategies for education, since 2010.
She has completed post-graduate level studies in Teaching Methodology for Adults from Cambridge University and she is a frequent presenter at international, and online conferences, imparting insights on educational, professional and personal development matters.

After transitioning to leadership roles in 2004, Konstantina recognised the need for new skills to support both leadership demands and her teams, sparking her ongoing personal development journey. This has included Carl Rogers’ person-centred approach, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural practices, and Systemic Constellations where she was also trained as Facilitator, having experienced their transformative nature.
As an ICF-trained coach, she empowers individuals and teams to thrive through scientifically-backed methods in Personal, Executive, Team, and Leadership coaching. As a certified DiSC coach, she helps people discover their communication style and supports them in developing the skills necessary to create meaningful connections in business and in life. Her training and experience in Personal Image Consulting and Etiquette also help professionals enhance their presence with confidence and polish.
In her approach, she uses various methodologies in an eclectic manner, tailored to individual and Organisational needs.

She has been a member of Toastmasters since 2011, having served in various posts, most recently as Club President of HAU Athens Toastmasters, all the while contributing to the supportive environment of like-minded professionals who wish to excel at Public Speaking and hone their Communication Skills by running the educational program, providing mentoring and guiding members in their journey.
She has also volunteered in childcare institutions, as she strongly believes that providing children with positive learning and life experiences contributes to a fulfilling adult life.
